This weekend was bloody hell!!
My body decided to start showing it's edge. I got together with some co-workers on Saturday morning to play some football (american football) and I guess I didn't stretch that well cause I ended-up pulling my groin towards the middle of the game. Needless to say I spent the rest of the day icing myself.

WOW!!! It's been almost a month since my last update.
Well I've completed my move to my new condo. Been crazy busy at work and I haven't had a clove in over a month. But in the down side I've been smoking weed like a mad man

This Halloween was pretty good (overall). When out to Lincoln RD with friends & neighbors. I dance so much I took Saturday day to recover
