As of today I am a contractor at work, meaning:

#2 I no longer get a pay check.
Freedom has its costs, but now I can use my off time to learn/experience, so I ma pretty psyched.

PHISH was, well, incredible.
i am totally worn out. in case you didnt hear, people were stuck in their cars for over 30 hours, and then were told to turn around, because the ground was to wet to park cars on.

Ah, yes... There's nothing like those first few months of a relationship. I'm very jealous, as I'm three and a half years deep into this one... Don't get me wrong, she's an awesome girl, but...
Actually this month marks my tenth year in L.A. Moved out for school and haven't looked back. It is indeed an eye candy heaven, but then there's the aforementioned girlfriend, so I've been wearing blinders for a while.
The Dune miniseries were very faithful to the books, but I still think the Lynch movie better captured the story's essence. While there were liberties taken, the tone, mood and look were, I think, spot on. It's worth a gander if you've never seen it.

Yeah what I usually do is open them in Paint (included if you use windows) and use the menu at the top that says Image. Then use the stretch/skew function.
