Day 2 of becoming a full fledged Vegan. This is going a lot better than it did last time. I know it's only day two, but I have kept a positive outlook on this. I've been researching lately different dining-out options, and I wish I had thought to do this the last time. What really got me wasn't that I was craving meat, but I felt like such an inconvenience on the people around me that I eventually caved and went back to my carnivorous ways. Today for breakfast/brunch/lunch/whatever (I woke up around 11:30) I made myself a bowl of noodles with onion, cucumber, green bell pepper, and green beans topped with Italian dressing. I think next time I will not go with the dressing...
