You're right there's a difference between "good" hard and "bad" hard. A while ago I got it in my head I wanted to see how far I could push myself physically. Being the OCD person I am, it started with a marathon, then an Ironman triathlon, and eventually a hundred mile trail run. I started at 6 am Saturday and finished just before 11 am on Sunday. I had such a hard time walking afterwards that when I got off the plain that night they insisted on pushing me in a wheelchair to the baggage pickup, but there was a feeling of accomplishment.

Divorce can also very wildly from person to person. Some people try to work through it as painlessly as possible while others will lawyer up and fight it every step of the way. Hopefully yours won't be too bad.
