The trip was good. I got to hang out with two great ladies and see some of the heartland of America.

Very good weekend despite the sickness

I trained in a bunch of places in all kinds of different styles (karate, judo, kajukenbo, streetfighting). I'm thinking I'll just go to a gym though and work out and maybe do some Vale Tudo over at Tristar.
