It's been... a little over a week and I have no clue how much weight i've lost since I don't have a scale that can weight me. Oh well. lol

I've been walking and I can officially walk 3 miles in under an hour, if I can up that to 3.2 by next week I WILL be doing my mothers day 5k!

So the epic weightloss journey begins today. Before I jump headfirst into the gym(Plus i don't have the 400 to pay it yet) I'm going to be focus on figuring out creative ways to make 1600 calories a day yummy. cool... i read the apology....and i agree with the fact people have the right to be wrong, but the reality check is always necessary, we as a society think is fine to put down people for reasons, which often times are just about feeling better about themselves/ourselves..in the meantime they/we dehumanize others...cheerswink

these are the "God Hates Fags" people who picket funerals & such? I love it. I interviewed Father Phelps for a documentary a few years ago right near their home. It's basically a family cult. They command media attention that's exponentially inverse to their significance through their skilfully noxious posturing. Anonymous is merely adding to this trend unfortunately, but at least he's providing good comic relief.
