Depends what it is I guess. I have a little box I keep things in, old letters, photos etc. I know later in life I'll look back and think "how funny" or "wow, can't believe I thought I loved my high school sweetheart"!!! I also have a shit load of diaries from about the age of 10...or earlier actually! I don't read them now, but later in life I will. I've put too much effort into them to burn them tongue

I kind of have had both points of view on this topic. I am religious when it comes to keeping things from my past...but every few years or so, I go through the boxes of stuff that I have been holding on to, and weed out the things that I know will serve no purpose in my life/memories anymore. As I have gotten older, I have found it easier to weed those things out, I guess because of emotional satisfaction with the way that my life is right now. But I still hold on to some things. I have recently just made a decision to throw out journals that I have been keeping (and hauling around with me) for about 10 years. I think I have about 50+ that are just taking up space in my closet. I used to go back and read them every once in awhile, but found that to be really triggering for me, so I stopped...now I realize that they are just taking up space, and not really serving any purpose.

It sometimes pays to just sit back and take it easy when things get hectic, such as creative conflict, miscommunication, etc. I'm willing to bet that your associates know your skills, and if you wait for them to come to you when they need your input, it will be easier to communicate. smile Thanks for the add and comments, btw!
