Well, another week in Greenville has come and gone. One more day of busting my ass till the weekend.

Had a great time at the baseball game last night. Mj was completely worn out by the end of it. She was able to stay awake long enough for the fireworks. Got her home, sang her favorite lullaby, and she was out like a light.

Looking forward to watching some baseball this evening. Not far from the casa, we have a minor league team for the White Sox. Kannapolis Intimidators to be exact.
Anyways, it is always a fun place to watch some ball and throw back some cheap beer! Tonight's bonus is fireworks! My little girl loves fireworks!

I spent most of my Friday minding to my smoker. One big ass piece of brisket and one big ass piece of pork butt. I was a little delayed in getting started, so I was finally able to take it all out of the smoker about 2am. Ten hours of low and slow... But oh so worth it.

Another night in Greenville, SC. Just got back from yummy ass Mexican joint. Forget the name but it's right next to my hotel. Now it's time to unwind and have a beer or six.

We work hard. We play hard. Got to spend some time at the pool. Grilled out a huge mess of chicken wings for our crew. Lots of beer! Must not forget the beer!

Hmm.. well, you'd probably want to find a friend who is in some kind of biochem program and can read the instructions, then stroke their ego a bit and hand over the artwork.
