Ahaha, the USPS lost my internal hard drive. Hitachi contacted me saying that they got my package, but it was empty. Somehow...the post office lost the hard drive I mailed in for a full refund. This is indeed a bummer.

In other news...do you guys remember the PS2 game "Champions of Norrath" that was all the rage back then? I never got to really get...

I remember a phone card I never received and the problems of making the company understand that I see no need to pay for something I never got... I can make a good guess at how annoyed you are by the missing hard drive.

SPOILERS! (Click to view)

...oh, I am still trying to get rid of the non-existing card! LOL!

A few positive things:
1) I finally finished Battlestar Galatica!!!!! Goodness it took me forever. I can't say I disliked the way it ended...but I felt like they could've ended it...better? Anyway...onto Caprica!
2) My car is now all mine. That's right, my Volvo is now all paid off.
3) Warm weather = tanks and shorts and skirts and dresses.

A few really negative things:...

That hot dog and pizza are amazing!

Also: you should use Dropbox! It is the best thing for people like ourselves who are terrible at saving and backing things up. It has saved my butt on more than one occasion.

Really sorry that you lost all that work. That's just depressing. Hope you can put something together from memory to at least resurrect as much as possible.

But the good news is good. Congrats especially on the car.

HIHIHIHI - it's been a really long time! The only two major awesome things that have happened in the past 3 months is getting a new camera and finally getting health insurance. YEA - health insurance...I view it the same as car insurance. I don't really need it, and I don't see the point...but I can drink a little harder at night.

Camera - Pentax...

Well, I can't say that I'm surprised at my inability to stay connected or lack of commitment to updating this blog :<

I've been really busy the past couple of months...really busy. On my computer, lol. I've been dedicating myself to Illustrator5 and learning all there is to learn on vectors. Lots of progress have been made, and now I'm helping design tshirts and...

Alright fellas, despite being in the troughs of my wave, it's time for a post-Thanksgiving update:

I was raised in a strict traditional Chinese family: meaning no free time, no friends, and the non-existence of American holidays. Trick-or-treating? You mean trick yourself into studying and your treat is acing the test. Easter egg hunting? Look for those eggs in your history textbook. Christmas carols? Practice...

Your garlic knots look tasty, but not as tasty as that last pic... is that a snarl? wink love
hyatt:
Hahahaha. So true. Asians everywhere. Rest assured that I completely understand. wink

I love garlic knots! And oh my goodness! Amish people! I'm sure they loathe outsiders' curiosity, but I can't help it. I'd be so intrigued if I spotted them.

Well, I'm finally a member of the SG community! (Haha, it only took me a few years to finally "take the plunge")

Time for a proper introduction:
I was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA. Classified and ranked as a nerd through my early years, attend college at UCLA and majored in Psychology. Worked a few odd end jobs on film sets and music...
