i only use MAC eyeliner. i've already bought 3 of them and they are supposed to last a long time but i use a lot of eyeliner every day. 
anyway i buy the waterproof eyeliner in Engraved and i love it. it stays on which is nice for those nights i dont wash it off i wont have to reapply it in the morning. its very good, but its $13.50 a stick so its not the cheapest.
it will smudge if you rub your eye but it wont come off or fade. it will just get smeared below your eye and you can wipe it off and you still have plenty on your eye still. and you can cry with it on and it still stays unless you rub and then it will smear.
but i love it and i would highly recommend it!! (i wanna work for MAC so im trying out this whole advertising their products thing haha)

I went to NYC once before the Twin Tower tragedy, it was fun, but I was glad to go home after we were done. They do have killer pizza though.

Ya know, whenever I play the key board I always play it topples too, what a coincidence. The only difference is you look a whole lot better doing it then I do. Razor that vibrates uh, I guess I'm not up on my modern day razor selections I still use the old fashion bic disposable.
