While posting in another forum in a debate on Iraq, i did a little bit of calculations and came to this conclusion:

http://zfacts.com/p/447.html

A bit of perspective on the cost of the war in Iraq.

To put it another way...by the time i'm done typing this, it will cost about another million dollars.

Or another way....if you had a stack of one dollar bills equal...

So, Korea is treating you good? I may start applying for jobs there soon.
cheyenne:
I agree with most Repub idealologies and most moderate repubs agree that religion should not be the law of the land. I'm pretty moderate for the most part, just right of center.

meh ive never been a big iron man fan
but yeah i keep on hearing it's cool

they did a good job with casting it seems flawless

spirit_bear:
I really like them apples. ^_^

I still have yet to see the movie but have heard good things.
I also think one of the reasons I want to see it is because I have never read the comics. with the exception of a few movies that came from books or comics are horrible if you know the story and background.

Are you still active in First Nations?

Today, I had off so i decided to do some cooking!

I made some hummus! Not just any hummus, but wicked-good hummus. I know what you're thinking: "Making hummus is no biggie." Whatever, dudes...yinz don't live in Korea. Just to get chick peas, i have to travel an hour by bus to the next big city. Also, tahini is impossible to find. It's not even...

"The doors of Dark Places Hospital were open. Not the actual doors, most of which were closed, but the doors to Hell which are much harder to close because they're abstract doors and therefore lacking door handles."

Loves me some Garth Marangie's Dark Places

In another news....um, not a whole helluva lot's going on. Kinda hurt my knee a bit which really pisses me off...

it is the last one, unless I go back to add on orthotic practitioner to my title. I like learning

I do indeed ship internationally. And thank you!

I watched the entirety of Dark Place, which isn't much of an achievement seeings as how short it is.

I should employ the dramatic repetition of a word more often in writing.

Fantastic 4: The Rise of the Silver Surfer is a LOT better than i thought it would be. I wouldn't call it good, but it's fun and watchable.

In other news....

Back in Korea for another year it looks like. Seems to be going pretty well so far.

St. Paddy's day was a bit of a blur... Shouldn't it always be that way though?

Goodbye...

yep that's the mothman statue in Point Pleasant, WV. While I was home me and my girlfriends took a day trip to the mothman museum.

Holy shit! One of my best friends here in Korea used to go drinking from time to time with this asshole fuckface!!!! She's got some pretty good judgment normally i'd say, but it just goes to show you how little we really know each other out here. Thank goodness no one out here has found out my dirty little secret--that i'm responsible for the success...

So, one of my oldest friends (P) tried to commit suicide the other day. He went out bought a Beretta and was planning to drive somewhere secluded and blow his brains out. Thankfully another friend (his roomate, G) was there and noticed something was up when my friend, P, left and told my other friend to pass on a couple letters. Long story short, somehow...

I'm sorry to hear about your friend. I hope he can get the help he needs. frown

The benefit went really well. It was a great time with some great artists involved. Hopefully I'll have pictures to update with either today or tomorrow. I'll put the artists links up too. They were all amazing. biggrin

Rent in Seoul makes any place in the US look great, but you're right about cost of living. Shit, even south of the Han it's insane. Personally, I like the fact that the washing machine and toilet coexist, but that's just me smile

The girls are doing good. they are both up and moving around, though sometimes with the help of walkers. Danielle (the middle girl) still isn't talking much, but her little sister Briattany is making up for it in how much she talks. It looks like the girls will be going to the rehab center early this week! I can't bellieve that they are ready for it. biggrin

And thanks for asking kiss

Keith Rules. His special comments are too much for me, even though I 100% agree with them. They do need to be said but they change the tone. He does funny and serious so fucking well. I've been watching for years and miss the "my producers are making me do this next story...." and the "what have we learned?" bits.

This is awesome! biggrin biggrin

"The bullies got angry," said Travis. "One guy was throwing chairs (in the cafeteria). We're glad we got the response we wanted."

David said one of the bullies angrily asked him whether he knew pink on a male was a symbol of homosexuality.

He told the bully that didn't matter to him and shouldn't to anyone.

"Something like the colour of your...

Dammit! I totally had this idea for a movie! My version is a little different (I'd have a "cops" like portion in the movie with paramilitary guys who are the zombie patrol being followed by a camera crew as they come to the rescue of a group of college students--who also have a camcorder with them--that are on vacation to the first zombie free beach...
