Two Days ago I just got back from the Big Island. It was so unreal to be in a place that was so beautiful. I can see what writers are talking when they refer to paradise.

Day 2 at the Gym

I am clocking in at 175 (bit of back side huh? lol)

Before going to the gym:

did 20 abdominal crunches
did 20 Bilateral sit ups
did 20 duel torso sit ups
did 20 reverse sit ups
did 20 squats
did 20 wide stance squats
did 20 caff raises

At the Gym:

Worked out for 10 mins in heated pool.

Stretched in hot tub for 20 mins. And stayed in there to talk shop and give advice on health concerns.

Stayed Steam room for 10 mins stretching out

Feeling Heated up already.
