We don't have a specific word, or I don't know it!! A friend of mine is calling them "hosties" (hosts) and the sellers at "Glup's" too (french sweets shops) as it is like hosts filled with acid sugar, and on the package it is called "Cachets poudre" (powder tablets) Well, nothing really particular or folk as you can see!
They're my favorite and I can't help eating loads of them!!
