Ok bbqin on friday for about 15 people. That means i will be cooking all night thursday and most the day friday. Were having BBQ beef brisket, hot dogs, bbq pulled/ chopped for you psychos pork , bbq chicken and all sorts of sides whew. The brisket alone takes 12 hours to cook so i will be cooking in the ass hours of the morning friday. for those of you who dont know how to que let me tell you nothing is better than some slow smoked beef brisket after its cooked for a half a day. I should cater i swear =) we are having the bbq at the horse stable but i will cook most the food here at the house. I need a assistant chef i swear, a cute one with only an apron on
