I know it's past January 1 but I've made some resolutions for this year...
*Read at least 1 book every month.
*Actually keep up an exercise routine
January's book was Dead Wake by Eric Larson. It chronicles the last voyage and sinking of the Lusitania during WWI.
As for exercise, I started on Sunday with a legs day. Followed up with an arms day Monday. Tuesday I had the day off but had a swing dance class in the evening and today I'm on chest and back. So far so good! Feels great.
