Wow, well done sir!!! Thats pretty cool. You've got me thinking lately, about chicken parmies. I always, almost always, get one when I go out because they are near impossible to fuck up! So...I have to say aside from Surfers RSL, the Pig'n'Whislte in Queen St Mall In Brissie does a pretty fucking awesome Parmie...absolutely covered in cheese with like white sauce or something in the middle.
