(army corps of engineers.) do NOT debate me on this the municipal authorities had no ability to do anything but study or inform those whom the levees were in care of. this is fact. -shrug-
nagin is still a fruitcake though, his opposition is no better.

i really would send every last one of those fucks to rebuild our state meh
did you get to hear that during rita they sent all the evacs to around here
and that our fuckhead mayor didnt make sure our pumps would work during a disaster
so we had no fresh water power or anythign and trees and shit everywhere for two weeks with no ac and no fema. plus we were overcrowded etc
ugh. they really fucked up.

i still have friends who are really kinda without a home right now
im without a grad school because uno was the only place i could have applied but now im really afraid id be trapped being just a poor student -shrug- and well yeah i dont like hurricanes much
