This latest tragedy, should, but isn't likely to force the issue of increased gun control in both the US and Canada. The right to bare arms in the US has long past its best before date. Originally conceived to prevent the newly formed US democratic government from assuming an authoritarian grip on the people. The trillions of dollars recently spent by the US forces trying...

I haven't blogged in a while...maybe cuz I've had nothing to bitch about. 2011 was by far the hardest year of my life. Things were bleak. They're looking up. Here's to love.
figmentation:
Yay love. smile

Toronto tattoo artists? I'm looking for a recommendation on someone to design a "Rockabilly" style tat. Any recommendations are appreciated.
kratzkratz1:
Still looking for a recommendation for a good full color traditional Japanese yoda inkster in the Toronto area.  Holla

Life threw me a curve ball this week and I love it. I've been dealing with a lot of emotional baggage for a year now and things felt dire and meaningless. I've been commiserating with an acquaintance and it turns out that we really dig each other. This weekend was fabulous. Happiness seemed impossible just a week ago and now anything seems possible.

Anything is possible..always. You just have to keep that in your heart.

This week I love my country (Canada) even more than ever. The much maligned He-Men and Behemoths, that play our National game of hockey have come together to rally against homophobia in professional sports in what is the first ever campaign of its sorts in pro-sports. Please view this video and support a cause that is long overdue. Support your LGBT friends and family too...

My bullshit phaser was set to kill today. I gave a 6 hour presentation today and now I'm totally exhausted. I think I'll park myself on the couch and drink beer and watch a movie. It's also days like these that I love my job. I'm just so damn tired of the rigor. I'm planning to take tomorrow off to get ready to do it...

My plans for a life of leisure may have been put on hold - temporarily. I was made a very interesting offer by the powers that be today and I may take them up on it. I'm off to Atlanta next week and will decide after that really want a break to sup wine in Italy or Spain but the leisure suit wearin' back-pack toting...

Today marks a new beginning for me. Time will tell whether it's a beginning or an end but after 6 long years of constant traveling for work, I've called it quits. For many years now, I've identified with my work. My work was me and now, I have no work. Who will I be tomorrow? Who will I be next year? Have I made a...

Apologies. I just have not answered any emails. A little hectic. smile

No, you did not cross any lines love. I'm just slow on the reply.

Good, so now that I have plenty of free time on my hands let me know where to meet you. I have a few residuals to take care of. Atlanta next week, Chicago the following. After that, I'm a rendezvous waiting to happen. Miami? Vegas? San Francisco? Where are you and are you interested? I've got nothing but time, points and desire. XO

I haven't been on SG in a while. I've been caught up in a lot of personal and professional bullshit. I've been single for almost a year, dated a bit, met some nice women but really never connected. I've never connected because I've realized that I'm really only into women who are into SG. That severely limits my dating pool but I know what I'm...

Right now I'm in Toronto but that's weekends only. The rest of the week I'm here, there and everywhere except Antarctica. Typically in North America. Pittsburgh on Monday but I don't suppose that helps you much? Where are you?love

I find myself attracted to women of ethnicities other than my own. Not that I haven't before it's just that now, I'm so, attracted to African American women and Asian women and it's becoming something of a fetish. I've had some, albeit limited experience with both but lately I'm only attracted to women of other ethnicities. I always thought that tattooed women were my thing...

The Summer of Suck continues. I'm looking to buy a new house in Toronto the middle of heat wave, trying to attend a million appointments with lawyers, bankers, real estate agents doctors all while trying to keep the peace with an increasingly irritable ex. Bidding wars, mortgages, parking, shared driveways, unfinished basements, home inspections and now heading off to SFO for 4 days while all...

I have had the worst possible month. I mean, really the worst month. I'd wish it on no one. If it could have gone wrong, it did. I'm not talking about fender bender bad, I'm talking about marriage break up, 2 hospital stays, 11 days in total, lawyers, and to top it off, work is neither supportive or in tune with the times. Don't work...

Damn! Sorry to hear that! Now all you need to top off your month is a friggin' bed bug infestation... all plagues covered. :-s
kratzkratz1:
I guess I can count myself lucky. No bed bugs. Yet. to borrow a tired old cliche, I'm taking it one day at a time and take small solace at being off and being able to ride my bike for seemingly endless distances. I keep looking for the edge of the world, but cant's seem to find it. Any idea what direction I should head?
