starting a 6-8 week cleanse/liver flush tomorrow. the first two weeks will be a tapering period of less booze (only on weekends), less caffeine (green tea instead of espresso), ditching processed carbs (mostly), plenty of exercise and a shitload of herbs.

definitely been beating the shit out of my body for awhile. if all goes well, maybe you'll get a "after" pic or two...

ok; so; yeah; REALY?; yes! got it.....

kinda between on-line relationships right now. it surprises me how much i miss them. every one i have known has been awesome (as opposed to IRL). so i guess it's time to open up to the universe and accept what comes...

Scheduled new ink! Getting a very traditional Japanese koi on my left arm. It'll wrap around on the inside and be lots of blacks, grays and blues with maybe a highlight or two in red/orange. It's my Xmas gift to me!!
