hopefully I'll be moved into my new place end of next week.. Divorce has been filed.. should be done in like 45-60 days.
Bankruptcy filed, divorce is next, and then the house... ok maybe not in that order but 2010 has a lot on tap already.
Good news is I already know where I'm gonna be staying.. roommate will be a good friend, and rent is totally affordable... along with child support and a truck payment I should be fine..

I think the ball is finally gonna get rolling. I wish there was some way I could keep the house, but I think if we're able to make anything off it its for the best just to split the profit and go our seperate ways.

Things seemed to be going well the last month or so with my "wife/soon to be ex, insert whatever here" then she says to me that She's gonna start looking for places to move out to in the next few weeks. Which of course means that she's taking our daughter with her. I realize two seperated people living together is not ideal.. but I do enjoy seeing my daughter every day.

Indeed. That would be tough. And sucky. I could say the bright side is at least she is not moving her out of town, or out of state. I cannot imagine how difficult this must be for you. Children surely complicate things, and I consider myself lucky that in all of my marriages there were not children. Love your daughter as best you can, let her know it, and that really is the best you can do.

Separation paperwork is signed, notarized and submitted to the lawyer, which means the house will go up for sale. I might try to talk her out of it after seeing the price for rent. It would be easier/cheaper for me to stay here and get a roommate or two I think.

let's see.. got the paperwork in hand.. just have to fill it out and the seperation agreement will be done.. the court will use that document as the basis for our divorce.. so looks like this summer I'm a free man... so to speak.
