yeah i tried doing the whole put it in disk mode and restore it which actually partially worked. as in the computer reconized it but the restore was unable to complete. It wouldn't say why. So its stuck on the "OK to dissconnect" screen. It'll charge. just not anything else. I was just trying to see if anyone could help me since i didn't feel like paying apple anymore money to replace it with a "new, used, or refurbished one". what a bunch of assheads.
