Just want to say happy thanksgiving to everyone who is celebrating.

So a few weeks ago I sprained my ankle and have been out of training for about 3 1/2 weeks. I finally got back to kickboxing tuesday night and it was amazing. Talk about stress relief. Although it was still quite painful so I held off on bjj.
