An employee at my store just quit (well, transfered, or something; works not here, anyhow), and I found myself unexpectedly depressed about it.

However, I'm now actually enrolled in college, and can get free bus rides. So that's good.

I am watching Domino, and it is failing to keep my interest.

Not that it's necessarily a bad movie (although I'm not saying it isn't), it's just that movies in general don't tend to hold my attention.

So I guess no real information was imparted with this entry. Hmm.

So, when the store is out of stuff I like, is it because everybody else likes it, or because nobody else likes it?

It amuses me when (in Help! at least) the Beatles are tapping along to something (as opposed to playing it) and they seem to have absolutely no rhythm.

Anybody notice how phonetically simmilar "honour" and "horror" are?

It remindes me of a conversation that I had with my Japanese teacher (back when I was taking Japanese), asking him why "no" (iie) and "house" (ie) were so simmilar. So I managed to have more fun in my 1 day each "tour" of Eugene, Portland and Seattle than I did my 3 weeks in China.

There was more, but my other computer has just decided to stop doing something vital, so I'm gunna go fix that.

The Circle K near my house has I Dream of Genie (sp?) scratch-its, with a Jennie clearly showing a navel. Don't they know anything about the show?

(I will be showing pictures of china soon, when I remember to take my film out of the house with me.)

When my dad was telling me what to pack for the trip, he mentioned that we would be bringing our own toilet paper. I was (in my opinion) understandably confused. He explained that tp is apparently worth its weight in gold in China. Which sounds awesome until you remember how much toilet paper weighs.
