This is a story about my phone
I went to the A^2 to pick up one of my girlfriends and take her to her old apartment in Plymouth and help her pack up. She's moving into a new place with her sisters in A^2. So, when I drive, I always keep my phone in the door handle next to me so I can have it easily accessible. So I called and got directions to where she works *Orchid Lane* for those who are familiar with the Ann Arbor.
I picked her up from work, took her to her sister's place that they have now, and she picked up some stuff and then we drove to Plymouth. When we got to her place we started packing and drinking and watching Sex and the City... and a few hours later I was, like, where's my phone?
So, I figured it was in my car... and since it was raining out, decided to wait until the morning to get it.
We called my phone in the morning and it wasn't ringing in my car, so we called her sisters and they hadn't seen my phone, so I started flipping out, right?
I was just hoping it was at her sister's place.
As we pulled up into their driveway, there it was. My phone. In the driveway. Wet.
We tried to dry it off and took it apart and the battery worked for a bit, but the backlight was flickering. like a ghost
It worked, though!
I was so happy, so I got home and charged it.
But alas...
It wouldn't charge.
So, my sister has given me her old Sidekick, since we both have T-Mobile and I now have a phone, but I lost a whole shit ton of numbers because my old phone saved automatically to the phone and not the SIM card.
I'm but also very happy that i have a great sister who had a phone for me!
I really hated that phone anyways, so I guess it's good riddance!
