what kind of work do you do, i know a bunch of people that come into my restaurant that are business people. by "in my head" i meant that my ability to talk myself out of running has gotten really good

i think i was kind of over doing the running, and messing up my foot kind of made me realize that. i still eat really well, so i am not a total cow yet!! i ran today after some time off, and did okay, but it gave me the itch to get back into it again. i will keep my ears and eyes open with the business dudes i wait on every day, can't hurt

i went to run-tex, they really know what they are doing there and don't just try to make you buy the most expensive shoe. they make you run around in the store and everything.

ran 13 miles, that is. probably even a little bit over 13, i dunno. special thanks to Lorentz for keeping an eye on me and for being there to refuel me with water and orange slices when necessary.
i'm in pain now, nose to toes. ain't it great? ow!!!
