Do you ever feel like everbody else has someone?
Probably not, because if you're not me, then you're part of "everybody else".
I'm in one of those moods. I spent several hours of carpool in the back seat with a new couple. Gross. I couldn't help but say a few mean things. It's okay though, she doesn't get it most of the time I make jokes at her expense.
Also, I worked for like ten and a half hours, and toward the beginning of the night a box fell on my head from really really high up, so I'm under no obligation to be coherent. Every time I heard someone whine about how their back hurt or they were tired I just wanted to say "A fucking box fell on my head and I went back to work and didn't complain. Wake the fuck up and stop crying about it." Of course it's not like I had the option of not going back to work. I was in Tacoma, there was no way of getting home without dragging my whole carpool along. So I sat for twenty or thirty minutes and then said "My head is going to hurt whether I'm sitting here or working, so I'm going to go back to work."
So yeah, I held in my complaining all night because I hate the people who complain at work (even though most of them didn't have fucking boxes dropped on their heads), so now I had to complain to the internet.
On the plus side, even the bitchiest of coworkers are really nice when you've been injured.

hi
it_thing_hard_on:
I know I said I'd call you tonight but I had a little mishap with my phone over the weekend and long story short I lost my entire contact list. So I have no actual means with which to call you. So I hope you get this message so that either A) You can call me so that I have your number in my phone again or B) That by leaving this message (at such an ungodly hour no less) I don't look a jerk.
