I'm glad you found me on here. It was a lovely hover-ride indeed.

You should have seen the kitty that was on the patio at Shanghai Cowgirl. So cute and friendly.
radiofrank:
You're very welcome. biggrin

I get over being sick and what happens over the weekend? I fall and sprain my foot. The same foot's ankle that got sprained a few years back and never properly healed. At least the bruises look gnarly enough to show off. blackeyed

I found a packpack of beer. It was under a bush in front of my house. It also came with a can of Axe. Trip told me it was a new direct marketing tactic by the Axe company.

Oni's planning a party in October and I hope we're still friends by then so I get to go in costume. It's gonna be a themed party:...

I never thought it possible but I feel like I can't read another book. Not even a comic or graphic novel. This could be attributed to the fact that I've read a dozen or more books this summer and my boring jobs can be blamed for the amount of literature I've read because if my boss would have allowed me to crochet while on-the-job I...

What is your job?

For many years I've had trouble reading. I usually find it difficult to concentrate long enough to read anything of substance. Which really sucks because I love books. I have thousands. Literally. And I keep buying more, even though I will never have enough time to read them all.

I pretty much only read non-fiction, but they all tend to be books that present information in very small bites, so I can read them more easily. There's a series of books published by Mental Floss, a great magazine. They're basically trivia, for lack of a better description. Most of the books present the information in small bits, but the newest, The Mental Floss History of the World is actually more long-form, but I'm slowly working my way through it.

hug!

I cant stop reading lol...but I usually am doing to much house work to get bored of it lol

It was nice to meet you - and thank you so much for coming! I hope that you had a good time. smile

You were so cute, but I couldn't find someone named Hambone here.

I must have forgotten the sweets part of it. Oops!

Because I couldn't find you here, I didn't mention you in my blog entry about the gala. Although that may be for the best since my story about you was funny and sweet, but maybe teasing too.

It really was great meeting you. You're very cute. But I'm very shy and have trouble talking to good-looking women when I meet them.
