I appreciate the correction in the Ab Help thread on Health & Fitness. It's good that women reading the thread are aware that there are potential issues. I said that it was nigh-impossible because it's exceedingly likely that her will would break well before she reached a low enough %BF for the conditions you mentioned to arise, but that was an error of assumption that I will avoid in the future.

My workout was relatively light today due to throwing a new exercise in my routine as well as needing fairly fresh legs for a league tennis match tomorrow.
Dumbbell single leg split squat: 70 x 8 x 3 sets
Lying leg curl: 95 x 8, 110 x 8, 110 x 8
