So I quit the crappy car job, and I've been unemployed again for the past week and a half. Now, starting tomorrow I'll be working in a RPG/Collectable Card/Anime DVD/Misc Geek Supply distribution center (aka. Warehouse) part time. Hopefully one of my better Job leads will pan out soon....been rather depressed lately (me? naw...) want a change of scenery....meh surreal

Alright, so I conned my ma into bringing her laptop to Florida...and I'm just now getting a chance to update. Yeah, being 24 and not a social person and being in Florida with yer ma is not the most exciting way to spend a week, but all in all I'm having fun....I'll have pics to upload when I get back.......so yeah, talk at ya'll later

What I DO want to show you is ma pictures, as I've decided that I don't like blogging and am internetly-lazy, so pictures will do instead of journal entries for a while. But 'aim not forgetting you and your fabulousness.

Question: Is Florida really full of aged folks? I feel that American movies have given me a somewhat skewed vision of the US. Or maybe they haven't.

Also, have you seen the movie 'Downfall' yet? Go see it if not, as I am not a great one for war movies, but it is brilliant. It avoids the usual pantomime Hitler, i.e. evil all the time, even when buttering toast. I don't know why so many people are incapable of realising that truly terrifying evil comes in people who otherwise appear 'normal'...

Booo to The Da Vinci Code. He lost my prized fan-girl-ness when he went on falsely about Constantine. Apart from that, good fiction. Unfortunately some people take it as complete historical fact...sigh. Well there are always silly people out there so I suppose I shouldn't blame the book.
