Hey all! Thought I would do a little writing since I just got back from the gym and I am on one of those freaky highs you only get from the gym, pouring your soul out to the perfect girl and not getting hit in the groin, or when you have gone 36 hours with no sleep. Somewhere between "WOOHOO" and "Where am I?". Anyhow, things go well this week. I almost got Friday off, almost. Gov. Ted decided not to close state offices like he was going to. Turd. Oh, well, all my friends work on Fridays anyway and I would have just wasted it sleeping and making no money. Detroit appears to be winning the basketball game....neat. Funny that we traded Wallace from the Blazers. Also on the horizon may be some keen dating for me. I guess it turns out a friend of mine, who I have recently begun hanging out with lately digs me and has been undigging her boyfriend for quite a while. I may actually be a straw that breaks a back. If he doesn't actually try to break mine anyway. It could be entertaining...she is rad and 5'11"! That is huge! Not that she weighs more than 115 probably but stillm I am 5'6" on a good day. It would be like Boris and Natasha. Any thoughts from people. How do you feel about the guy being shorter than the girl? I know plenty of ladies that would never date a shorter dude. You say dating may be a big deal but I haven't bothered in about 2 years really. Ive had bigger fish to fry (read: I am a big dumb loser). Let me think, anything else going on?....hmmm
I just finished How to Be Good by Nick Hornby yesterday. Now I am a huge Hornby mark and I actually have to admit that I wasn't in to it as much as the others. I dunno why. It was a good change from his "manly" stories but I guess I had a harder time relating to a female character. I couldn't really say "Yeah, that is the way that it is." However, I am thouroughly enjoying A Heartbreaking Work of Staggering Genius by Dave Eggers. Awesome stuff. I have never read anything by him and I really find myself falling into the book. Enough rambling from me! Time for your comments and entries!!!

"undigging".... that sounded cute.
I haven't dated a guy shorter then me since 8th grade, but from what I remember it wasn't too weird.
I'm going to Unruly in Longview for my tattoo... I've seen some pretty good work from the guy, and I'll be sure to post some pictures. I'm still counting down the days.
