Procrastination - to put off intentionally and habitually; to put off intentionally the doing of something that should be done

Yep, that's pretty much it.

OMG! My palm pilot just had a FATAL error - I've LOST ALL my appts! I am SO dead. FUCCCCCCKK! shitshitshit mad

Yes, I KNOW the whole point of having a PP is that you actually back it up to your computer but I,kinda, didn't do that.

Shit!

New plan for today: trying to reconstruct the next 4 months of my llfe. FUCK! mad

Screw it -...

I think I like this blog 'mo betta wink

I so gave up using my PP a few months ago when I realize I was WAY too connected, I could be reached at any time - between cell, email or various land lines. I'm headed the other direction, listing my Palm on ebay, only turning on my cell when I would consider answering it (rarely), and well I never answer the home phone anyway so there's nothing new... I'm so happy, as of tonight its total aloneness till late Sunday - yaaaaaa biggrin

frown tomorrow is all day meetings at Davis & C frown

The light burnt out in my fridgerator. What is up with that? whatever

I thought at first that the whole thing had died ... which would have been a royal pain in the ass but after running around checking breakers I thought to look in the Freezer where the light still works.

Hmm, wonder if the Freezer light will fit in the fridge part ...

The fog has rolled in. It is SO awsome! The foghorn is blaring like crazy. I'm going to get a Gianor-mous coffee and take the dog for a walk in the fog! smile

Maybe we'll get lost! biggrin
h2o:
There's something so cool about foggy days, I remember one of my most favorite days surfing ever was at a place called La Push - no one out, just me and one friends and the fog was so thick you couldn't see the waves coming or the shore! Dead calm between sets, freaky, but fun... hope your doggie helped you find your way home wink

The only book that is worth writing is the one we dont have the courage or strength to write. The book that hurts us (we who are writing), that makes us tremble, redden, bleed. It is combat against ourselves, the author; one of us must be vanquished or die. (Cixous)

frown frown frown I am in the angst of writer's block ... once again ...
h2o:
Write about it... what's the saying, worry 'bout the quantity not the quality, something like that...

... I got sucked into that Artist's Way shit a few years back when I couldn't write anything... there were a couple things that happened. I started writing again, but I also very nearly ran away from home... My suggestion - sometimes its safer not to look to closely at oneself... smile, grab a 'my life is great latte'... or not blackeyed

"... Darwinism - the survival of the fittest. It still applies, he said, even in our society, but it is mitigated because we alleviate its consequences.

After he said that, there was a pause. It was a rich moment.

He had not looked at anyone in particular. He never addressed himself, as it were, to individuals. Still, maybe I was the one, at that moment,...

Decisions & Dilemmas

Decision regards weekend plans:

Option A - Rockin' house party with good friends which will end with me in a queen-sized bed with 5 women.

Option B - Tix to excellent band and opportunity to meet 'new friends'

Option C - Some combo of A&B but transportation issues must be resolved b/c the geek will not compromise on Guinness consumption.

Dilemma: How...

smile pretty girls aren't the only ones needing creative strategies wink

And as for keeping the band in their - if I've learned one thing to date, never rule out the sure thing (band actually playing and associated good times) over the potential fantasy come true (5 girls in bed). Course this relates to me, and somehow I expect your probability for success with Option A greatly exceeds mine frown

Regardless, full reports please kiss
