I'll try never to do that.

I'm slowly working my way up to 300 mg on the delayed release. I just finished the 50's for 4 days, up to 100's for 4 days, 150-200-300. I'm on that in the hopes that I can take less Xanax. One of those in the day, then a seroquel at night. Hopefully I won't have to take it for long. It's mostly this whole stressful living situation I'm in.
I've already noticed the crazy hangover-ish symptoms, I was told to take it "at least 12 hours before I have to be awake." yikes lol.
