My doc recently prescribed Paxil for me. Funny thing is, I really haven't been feeling particularly depressed lately. Experiencing various other health problems, but not depression. (Yet.) Having a difficult time pinpointing just exactly what is wrong with me, so maybe she figures it's all psychosomatic and therefor time to break out ye old psychiatric meds! Ha!
Anyway...happy to hear that it is providing you some relief. Mental health is a precious thing.
And I can think of no better way to spend one's morning than surrounded by books in a lovely bookstore!
