I had a great workout tonight. I posted the whole thing to twitter, but to sum up my favorite parts:
I did 5 muscle ups.
I got a PR on my push jerk (185)
I got a PR on my floor press (205, after all the jerks and muscles ups to add)
and I finished by deadlifting 355 three times on a whim, which tells me my orm is probably over 365 now.
After I weighed in at 173, bare. My goal before leaving country was to be able to clean and jerk 225 pounds (my current clean max), hit 10 muscles ups consecutively and deadlift over 400 lbs. With all that stuff tonight and two months (maybe more) to go, I am pretty sure I can surpass those goals. Time to hit it!
