Well, whether you see it as a day of romance or a merchant-driven spending opportunity, I wish you all a happy Valentine's Day. I'll be spending the 14th working, then prepping and heading to yet another night of fun and debauchery at Sin City, Vancouver's coolest and hottest night out!

All the best!

It's a year from the 2010 Olympics being hosted by Vancouver. I'm hoping I am nowhere near the city next year this time, as I have no desire to be around as the city puts on a facade and our taxes go to amuse and entertain visitors. Most cities that hold Olympics tend to be worse for ware after the event, and I fully suspect...

Man, everything I see about the WATCHMEN movie makes me anticipate it all the more. Is it the same as the comic? No, but I will always have the comic to reread whenever I want. But it looks like the themes and concepts from the comic made it to the screen intact.

Plus, Carla Gugino.

A Tuesday night post, in which I divulge my experience of the "Suicide Girls: Beauty Refined" book signing.

My first post here mentioned how I decided to sign up for the site after meeting some of the fun and lovely Suicide Girls at a book signing. I didn't say much about the signing, but there was one part of that brief experience that really stuck...

A low-key Friday night, since I work tomorrow and went a bit overboard last night at New Amsterdam Cafe and the Cambie. I spent the night catching up on web browsing, reading, and "Hell's Kitchen". Oh, and the new "Battlestar Galactica."

Tomorrow is my real Friday, so I will need to see what shenanigans are a'brewing.
maiwan:
Aww, thanks. Yeah im feeling better. I shall make sure to have lotsa fun! Hope you have a good friday

February looks to be a better month than January (although January did have two Sin Cities and a Suicide Girls signing). The month is starting out much less hectic than January did. 2009 began with a frantic pace that had me worrying if I would ever be able to catch up, like swimming upstream. I'm no salmon, I guess.

February goals:

- find a suitable...

Everybody has his or her own little quirks and kinks. Though I may not always bring the subject up in polite company, I have a very solid appreciation for leather, latex and fishnets. Ah, let's call a spade a spade: since it brings me visual pleasure and I find it a bit of a turn-on, I guess you could call it a fetish.

It did...

Yeah, I figured I'd best get on it to maybe sway some of the fine people on the site to appreciate those things! Everyone here is usually so close-minded about all that smile

Still, this site may hold a more receptive audience for this particular topic than, say, christianity.com or something like.
tarion:
hehe thats one of my favs too. biggrin
Glad you liked the set.

After a rough day at work, I figure I will unwind tonight at Sin City.

No, I'm not heading to Las Vegas or watching the movie based on Frank Miller's stories. I'm heading to Club 23 for their Sin City night, held every second and fourth weekend of the month. Truth #1: I hate meat markets and clubs. Truth #2. I love Sin City.

Now,...

Okay, guess the easiest way to do this is jump on in.

I think I may have had a membership in the earlier days of the site, but time and booze have washed a lot of that away. Inspired by meeting some of the cool and lovely SG ladies tonight at a local book-signing, I checked out the site, noticed the community aspects and figured...
