Yeah, probably. There are several clerks/first years that I'm working with that don't want to let others read their shit. I think that is the most counterproductive inclination ever. Writing is a process...

(I'm actually not sure why I wrote what you responded to. The only times I've been posting online have been the times I've been drinking lately. My best guess as to what I meant is that. )

How often do you get the time to work on something that you are proud to put your name to as an attorney? I thought I had one or two just recently, but in retrospect, I hate what I wrote.... I can see the promise of writing, but the actuality of it retrospectively crushes me. I don't know that I can handle adversarial critiques. I can deal with constructive critiques, but 5 on 1 bashing...ouch. How often do you have to deal with that kinda thing?

OW OW OW.

But I reckon you are talking about fictions. In such a situation, do you want blood letting or do you want a pat on the back?

Yeah, I agree about our defense. I wanted to believe we were just bad last year because of injuries, but after watching USC's last drive, and our awful, awful zone coverage, I think it's time for CWM to go. Did we even knock their QB down once the whole game?
