We’ve been renting for almost 6 years, slowly eliminating all debt except cars and student loans and paying off back taxes from 2010.
We were going to wait 2 more years and save for a down payment, but changed our minds. Housing prices are expected to rise over the next few years, so the getting is good now. VA backed $0 down loan certainly helps....

Flower Child Watering, featuring @damseldoll, hit MR earlier this morning. Out of the four sets we shot together, this one is my favorite, along with Pray For Rain, which comes out next month.
I hope you enjoy this set as much as @damseldoll and I did shooting it.

Good blog & some good points! Still undecided here, I guess I’ll just wait & see but it’s certainly stirred up a lot of discussion & interesting questions. I don’t like the idea of splitting the tips with photographers as being mandated, especially if the models are already paying for the shoot but there are certainly photographers like @just_sick who apparently don’t charge that I follow & wouldn’t mind supporting....
