Nice goals @deadguitarist , certainly look forward to seeing new work! My mortgage lender doesn’t offer a bi-weekly program but I’ve been considering a DIY approach where I send a 2nd monthly payment to be applied against principal. 3 years of rebuilding after my divorce & more stability at work mean I’m more comfortable taking this approach anyway.
