Thanks for sharing . I love Wil's blog, and it's interesting and inspiring to see you writing your own take on it. I think people forget that pursuing your passions isn't all just roses and sunshine. I think working on something you really care about can actually be harder than a job you're indifferent to. It's heartening that despite the skill level you have, you're still making efforts to improve yourself. As for meeting people when you're not a drinker but live in a big drinking town, tinder/okc didn't do much for me, but I met my SO on match.com... on one hand it is a paid site, but I think that kind of keeps the people who aren't serious out so there's that. Really looking forward to seeing all your sets from the LA shoot, and hope we can shoot next time you're in town :)

Thanks for being so bare and honest with this post. I find it really scary to be so vulnerable sometimes on SG just because I feel like I'm supposed to have this confident photographer persona even though I don't always feel that way. Funny how we're both kind of trying to figure out new cameras. I'm kind of known to be super directive during shoots and this has actually made new girls I've shot with come up to me later on in the day to tell me that only after hanging out with me following the shoot they realized I'm actually really nice and that I was only trying to get a good shot and not that I don't like them or that they suck at modelling. lol Funny how that is from the other side eh? I hope you blog again soon.
