I'm so sorry, I don't know what to say. I've lost all my uncles (including my favorite) to cancer...I know what you're going through there. I've never lost anybody to suicide...I can only imagine what you're going through. You're in my thoughts.

OH MAN! You know whats even better than the local "speed humps ahead" signs??? The first year they put them up there were signs all over that said "Speed hump coming soon" all over the week before they went up. Someone had gone around and magic markered commas after hump on all of the ones in my neighborhood, and they did it so well it looked like part of the sign... oh man, good times in the AK.

Im not sure that winter is much better here or not. I wouldnt say that I miss Alaska that much. But I miss my Alaskan friends alot. I think though it's cold and dark alot up there, it's about the same as here cuz it's allways gloomy, rainy, and cold here as well. The roads are better and that's about it.
So, the doc says a couple years huh? That's about as long as it took my friend. You can see alot of progress between that time though. His face was pretty bad, but now you could never tell. Good luck man.

I hope you checked out the hardrock. I use to sit at the blackjack machine where the waitress had the shortest run aka the fastest service and would only put in quarters when she came up for my order. I ordered 2 expensive drinks (that are comped of course since I was playing) tipped her, then cashed out before I made a bet. Thats my guide to getting the most drinks for your buck in vegas. The stipclubs were fucking great as well. God bless the Crazy Horse.
