birthday done and dusted. was a good day. got myself a bearded dragon as a present

not the best day, but hey tomorrow can only be better

first training session today after the brake. ate way to much, totaly worth it though

hope everyone had a good christmas, i really enjoyed actually getting to eat what i want for a change, but all things must come to an end so its back into training for the next fight. hope you all have a good new years

well after a quick 38 KO win on friday night im backing up this friday night to fight at war games, a military fundraiser show. am looking foward to doing something for the soldiers and definately looking foward to competing again
