i used to get that all the time from working shifts and found the only way to beat it is to chill out for an hour (at least) b4 you go to bed.
just stop everything and goose out with a book or infront of the tv to just let your mind switch off. youll notice a difference after only a couple of days.
failling that just have a couple of large brandys each night, that defonatly works.
hope it sorts itself out for ya.
ps is there any where decent in stoke to go out, a couple of guys at work are tryin to persuade some of us to go down from man and macc for a night on the tiles?
