My weekend turned out better than I expected.

I went to City Club on my own on my birthday (Saturday) and had a lot of fun. Had to sleep it off in the car because a couple hours in the diner eating yummy breakfast food and coffee wasn't enough. I figured some people I know would randomly be there and they were. It was a...

Bummed I didn't do much on my birthday today. I guess having an MRI scheduled (it hurt like hell to have my arm in that position and not wanting to move so it would get over quicker) in the morning wasn't a great start and I went into this day with a bad outlook. I can't let that get me down. I didn't plan anything...

GRRR!

People are disgusting. I walk through the kitchen and the news is on the TV. I hear some dumb disgusting pig cop telling the news some horrible details of what a child molester did to lure the kid to do stuff. I won't repeat because it's gross and absolutely unnecessary for the public to hear. What was that moron pig thinking?

Going through a lot right now. Trials and tribulations. Realizing things about myself. Deciding what I want in life. How I feel about life. Understanding my thoughts. You know, the whole serenity prayer minus the deity stuff.

I'm feeling better about myself and life in general today. Last night I felt like going on a killing spree.

I'm currently in the process of typing out...

This sounds exactly like me right now. So scattered and flustered with my thoughts. It's great that you wrote them all down. Fighting battles and making mistakes makes the journey so difficult, but learning from your mistakes defines you. I've recently got into Buddhism, it's an awesome lifestyle and I've learned so much from it. You should check it out. (if you haven't already, hehe, I don't even know you.. you could be a Buddhist! hahah)

HAVE A GOOD NIGHT.

Thanks. I wouldn't mind reading more about Buddhism and learning from it and taking bits and pieces but I want to create my own personal way of living life. My rules, you know?

We should talk sometime and you could tell me more about it and what you've learned. I like hearing about others lessons learned and what they took from it and how it helped them grow as an individual. Probably help myself knowing these things and I could share as well. I'm not for keeping secrets that could help others as it helped me.

I want to wake up from this nightmare. I was sleeping when I received a phone call I knew couldn't be good. My father. Heart attack. Deceased. They did all they could.

Back in Michigan. Holy crap is it a tad warmer and more humid than Seattle.
rhanarose:
Sorry to hear that.
Sorry you have to be in Michigan - that's enough to kill anyone.......

Well, I survived my first day of rugby. I definitely need more endurance cardio. Also, I think the cleats aren't broken in. The ball of foot below the big toe on both feet are killing me.

I can't wait for Thursday. This is seriously fun and challenging.

No surprise, they are both large blood blisters.

Just moved some stuff into the new apartment.

Sleeping on an air mattress but it's worth it for now. This weekend I should be able to get all the furniture from the old apartment.

Already bought a dart board haha.

I live right down the street from the zoo. I can't wait to get a membership and go all the time.
