just herard the news theres a huricane comingm my way so off to get the house prep charge my electronics and hope for the best, oh and hope the electricity comes back on asap after the huricane/thunder storm passes by, first huricane thats pases over puerto rico in a while and hopefully it dies down before it reaches miami

Wow, stay safe. I live in the midwest and have to deal with tornadoes from time to time, but it would be really crazy riding out a hurricane. Tornadoes are dangerous, but usually fairly localized and short-lived. Hope everything came back online for you quickly.

So it's been 5 days since the last blog so the total count On the puppy's was 12 but 2 died frown so now there's 10 hopefully the rear survive nothing interesting going on but a lot of warm sunny days of 90 f this week hope to go to the river this weekend to cool off hopefully it's not to flooded

My dog just went into labor 4 hours ago there's now 4 puppy's and I'm expecting at least 10 or more puppy's since last time she delivered 15 XDbiggrin

Take it from a former counsellor.. you'd be surprised with the kind of people who you might find in a depression group. It happens to everyone. Young, old, rich, poor, etc etc.

Just look at it this way. Even if you think the group will be a waste of time, what damage is done by going there? Yes you might be uncomfortable but if that's the case you can always leave. You can go to the group and not say anything if you don't want to. The purpose of the group is to give people a safe and inviting place to talk. They give you resources or insight backed by experience.
You could go and figure out that groups are not your thing but that's fine too. I hope you find something that works for you regardless. smile

Also, if you need to chat I'm a good listener. smile
