thank you @bookcouple , I have a reoccurring tumor in my right thigh and of late it is giving me a bit of trouble but it has come and gone many time over the last forty years so not too worried (just the first time it has hurt so much but CDB oil is helping me deal with it )

Yep in best shape I have been in in decades and that fucking tumor is back again (burned out twice and surgically removed once). Explains why my leg has been hurting like hell this past week. No worries I got this !

One week in using cbd oil (488 mg ) yesterday was the first day in a long time that I went knee brace free in a long time, knees feel fine today but not pushing it and have brace back on today and will try brace off tomorrow. Got to say I am liking this freedom a lot.
