1. Hiu-Yun. It means Joy in the Morning and is totally untrue. I don't find it necessary. Who ever uses their middle name?! Except for those guys named Tim whose middle name is actually Tim and they don't go by John because everyone was named John.

2. I'm in Hong Kong, sweating and making a poo on the toilet and my grampa brings over a fan. He says, "Eat a lot, poop a lot" in Chinese.
