Hope everyone had a good easter. I'm not a christian but i like to celebrate as much as i can.
My land lady came home the other day and said she had a gift for me, turned out to be 60 planks of wood to build a decking for her lol i don't mind really, i rather like building stuff. Shame the weather isn't playing along though.
Starting to get ready to take my mother and sister on holiday again this year. They are both disabled so neither of them can drive and don't have the confidence to take trains anywhere for fear of getting the wrong one or someone getting them ( i don't know any non disabled person who has been gotten on a train though...) but it's nice to be able to take them places. When i grew up, it was just my mother, sister and me. As i've already said, they are disabled and i felt kind of guilty for being so fit and healthy so i tried to do as much as i could for them. A few years back i was talking to someone about it and it turned out to be a shrink, he told me helping them is great but doing things for them all the time isn't so great because they will rely on me. So i moved out, and apart from me taking them a few places, it's done them the world of good. i still live near by so i can go round and see them/do some DIY/House work for them. But i'll be honest, i hate driving a car. How people do it all the time and for so long is beyond me. the controls are all over the place, they cost a arm and a leg to run. Motorbikes all the way people
On a side note, "Footloose" is on T.V, Nice to see a film in which kevin bacon doens't get his cock out
