so now I address soemthing that has brought shame to me and my workouts, and I'm really gonna try and kill it once and for all...............
I can't do pull-ups
at least, not full range, unassisted, chst to bar pullups (or chinnups)
and it sucks
I know I'm strong, other bodyweight exercises I rock out, but not pull-ups

I can do 14 pull ups. go!
Oh, and I bought the first three books in the Northlander series, just found them at my local Borders. I'll read them soon.
