I just read a few articles on psychological behavioral epigenetics (look it up).
I want to change something that I thought was predetermined, and I hate to admit after reading all these articles it led to two solutions.
Solutions I did not believe could change anything and had been suggested before, but I guess I am that determined to find a solution if I spent past 3 hour reading epigenetic related articles.
I might as well try these simple solutions.
