I really like how he explains difficult doctor terminology with normal people words.
In one of his episodes he had this guest, William Davis Md, author of Wheat Belly. He explained his research and belief in that Modern Wheat that has been outragiously genetically modified is the reason why people are fat. That no matter how much multi-grain you eat, you will not be as healthly as people were 50-100 years ago, without excersiceing like a mad person. Which is true. Back then women didnt work-out, men didnt either, and yet, aside from the chain smoking, they were as healthy as a horse. Yet now, everyone runs 5 miles a day, eat their multi-grain, and fruits and veggies and are still pre-diabetic, fat, or something hurts. He blames Wheat.
You should read the book. Its an eye opener.
